*Update – Victim Identified* State Police Investigate Fatal Electric Scooter Accident in New Castle – Delaware State Police

Delaware State Police have arrested the 37-year-old Zunwei Shao of New Castle, Delaware, as the man who died in a fatal electric scooter accident in New Castle on Sunday evening.

The Delaware State Police Troop 2 Accident Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate this incident. Officers are asking anyone who witnessed this accident to contact Corporal P.
