77-year-old Milford man charged with sexual abuse of a minor

MILFORD, Conn. (WTNH) – A Milford man has been charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and three counts of personal endangerment after a juvenile filed a report with Milford police on April 13.

According to the complaint and investigation, 77-year-old Raymond Kaminski of 104 Depot Road is accused of inappropriately touching the juvenile and kissing her on the buttocks. During the investigation, the victim also disclosed a 2019 incident in which Kaminski is accused of exposing himself to the juvenile.

Kaminski was arrested on May 22 after a warrant was issued for his arrest. He was released on $50,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in court on June 19.
