Ryan Watson pleaded guilty after two other Americans were convicted last week.

The first, a Pennsylvania man, received a one-year suspended sentence and a $6,700 fine last week, and the second, a Virginia man, was sentenced Tuesday to time already served and a $9,000 fine.

Watson and his wife were about to leave the island in April when the four cartridges were found in Watson’s hand luggage.

Watson’s sentencing is expected next month.
