Longmire Days requests approved by Buffalo Council – Sheridan Media

The Buffalo City Council has approved a number of requests from the Longmire Foundation for the upcoming Longmire Days celebration July 18-21 in Buffalo.

Jennifer McCormick of the Longmire Foundation spoke to the board about this summer’s event events.

The council approved requests for street closures, a parade and designated areas for open containers for events.

Approved were:

Street closure on East Fetterman, from Main to Lobban, from 7 a.m. July 19 to 6 p.m. July 21.

A street closure from Western to Burritt on July 19 from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Designated open container at the Sports Complex on July 20 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.; and on Main Street Downtown on July 21 from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
