Pedestrian hospitalized after accident in Henderson

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – Police say one person is in critical condition after an accident involving a pedestrian and another vehicle.

The accident occurred at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the area of ​​Whitney Ranch Drive and West Galleria Drive in Henderson.

Following the crash, the pedestrian was taken to a hospital, Henderson police said. Motorists were asked to avoid the area as the investigation continued Tuesday evening.
