A pedestrian was killed Tuesday when she was struck by another car at a Bronx intersection. The hit-and-run crash, which was caught on video, involved a collision with another car on Tuesday.

As a harrowing video shows, the 30-year-old woman was crossing Washington Avenue at East 167th Street at 6 p.m. when she noticed the blue Jeep SUV speeding toward her.

Tragically, she stopped in the middle of the crosswalk and took a step back when she saw a black Toyota Rav4 brush against the Jeep, but it was too late to return to the safety of the sidewalk.

The Rav4 hit the rear bumper of the Jeep, causing it to skid and head straight toward the young woman.

She was hit by the Jeep and thrown violently into a parked car, which was also grazed by the SUV before it rolled and finally came to a stop.

According to the NYPD, the driver of the Jeep jumped out of the car at that moment and fled the scene of the accident.

The video shows three people getting out of the damaged Jeep. The driver points in the direction in which the pedestrian was hit.

According to the footage, he took several items from the car and calmly walked away.

The Rav4 driver remained at the scene of the accident.

The pedestrian, whose identity was not released, was taken to Lincoln Hospital where she was pronounced dead, police said.

It is not clear which vehicle had the right of way and whether one of them ran a red light.

No one has been charged in connection with the fatal hit-and-run accident. The investigation is ongoing.
