Woman seriously injured in shooting, investigations ongoing

DURHAM, NC – A woman is in the hospital after a shooting in Durham on Tuesday evening.

According to Durham Police, officers responded to a shooting call at approximately 10:21 p.m. in the area of ​​the 2000 block of Guess Road.

Shortly thereafter, a 21-year-old woman was taken to a local hospital with gunshot wounds.

According to police, she suffered life-threatening injuries.
