A predominantly dry, warm period this week

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The pattern of cool mornings and warm, dry afternoons continues through Friday, with rain and thunderstorms returning in time for the weekend.

THROUGH THE MORNING:

Tonight will be mostly clear and cooler. Nashville’s low will be 15°C, but surrounding communities will see temperatures drop back to 10°C.

WEDNESDAY TO FRIDAY:

Partly cloudy skies and mostly dry weather are expected tomorrow through Friday. However, there will be a few more clouds early Thursday and a chance of a passing shower over southernmost Middle Tennessee.

From Wednesday to Friday, temperatures will be below average both during the day and at night, with lows of 10 degrees and highs of 27 degrees, with temperatures between 21 and 25 degrees on the Cumberland Plateau.

THIS WEEKEND:

Scattered showers and thunderstorms are likely this weekend. However, it will also be mostly dry, with a mix of clouds and sunshine. Humidity will pick up a bit in the area this weekend. Lows will be between 18 and 25 degrees Celsius and highs between 27 and 30 degrees Celsius.

NEXT WEEK:

Warmer and wetter weather is on the way early next week. Lows in the morning will be between 18 and 20 degrees. Highs will be between 28 and 30 degrees, with occasional showers and thunderstorms.
