A street in Meriden is closed due to investigation

MERIDEN, CT (WFSB) – A street in Meriden has been closed due to a police investigation.

The city said police cordoned off the area around 169 Hall Avenue on Tuesday morning.

The investigation’s address was said to be on the south side of the road between Draper and Willis.

The city asked drivers to avoid the area until further notice.

No further details were announced.

Channel 3 has sent a team to the scene of the accident.
