NFTA closes Metro Rail air service

The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority is closing Metro Rail surface service from May 28 to June 2.

Officials say crews will make significant improvements to the tracks and electrical system.

To minimize inconvenience, the NFTA will provide shuttle service from the Allen Medical Campus stop to Canalside. This shuttle will run every 20 minutes during the work.
