Neal Street shooting investigation: APD

ATLANTA — An active shooting investigation is underway in northwest Atlanta, police said Tuesday morning.

It happened near Neal Street and James P. Brawley Drive Northwest. Little information has been released about the incident.

Last night a person was grazed by a bullet in roughly the same area, in the 700 block of Neal St. NW in Atlanta’s English Avenue neighborhood.

Police did not say whether the two scenes were linked.
