Integrity Florida calls for investigation into CFO investigation into dental office arrests

Integrity Florida (IF) says an outside agency is needed to review the CFO’s investigation into attempted arrests at a dental practice.

It was alleged that the CFO’s office supported a criminal prosecution that was taking place at the same time as a civil case against campaign donors.

According to news reports from publications such as Florida daily, Florida Bulldog, Mike Deeson reportingAnd View of JacksonvilleIn a press release, Integrity Florida stated that significant questions had been raised about a suspicious and obviously dubious investigation conducted by Florida Chief Financial Officer Jimmy Patronis.

“His law enforcement agencies have made arrests and made allegations of Medicaid fraud at the dental offices of opponents of recent major donors to Patronis’ PAC, Treasure Florida,” the press release said.

“All of this has resulted in the charges being dropped and prosecutors refraining from further investigations, although attempts to discredit people’s reputations continue. Integrity Florida is calling for action by independent experts outside the Financial Services Department – appointed by Attorney General Ashley Moody or Governor Ron DeSantis – to find out the facts and the truth,” said Integrity Florida.

The Florida Daily has reported and will continue to report both sides of this story.
