Police charge Penn Yan man with driving without a license – Finger Lakes Daily News

A Penn Yan man was charged with driving without a license due to a defective tail light.

Allen Derr was observed by Penn Yan Police driving on Liberty Street with a defective passenger side tail light. A traffic stop was initiated and a check of his driver’s license revealed that it was suspended.

Derr was charged with driving without a license and inadequate tail lights. Derr will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
