Two injured after jet ski accident on the Intracoastal Waterway, according to the SCDNR

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WBTW) — Two people were injured Monday afternoon following a jet ski accident on the Intracoastal Waterway in Horry County near Rosewood Landing. This was announced by the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources.

Initial reports indicate that a jet ski struck an object near the shore and both the driver and a passenger were ejected and injured in the accident, the SCDNR said.

The accident is currently under investigation. The current condition of the two injured people is currently unknown. No further details have been released.
