Kelly Rowland’s security fiasco in Cannes leads to the discovery of further incidents

Last week, there was some pretty surprising news from the Cannes Film Festival. A video of Kelly Rowland seemingly being manhandled by security staff sparked a lot of controversy online. In the clip, she is seen being dragged away from where she is taking photos and pushed up the stairs. As she tries to communicate with someone, she realises that security staff are even trying to block her view and force her further along the carpet.

The video spread on the Internet and sparked strong reactions from fans who criticized the unprofessional behavior of the festival security. In the days that followed, according to TMZSeveral more cases have surfaced involving the woman at the center of the Kelly Rowland video. Model Sawa Pontyjska shared a video on her TikTok in which she was held down by one of the same staff members who initiated the interaction with Rowland. She appears again in a video by Korean singer and actress Yoona. Her view was blocked and she was pushed into the event in a similar manner to Rowland. Earlier this year, Kelly Rowland was involved in another kind of viral controversy. However, there was no video in this one. She allegedly canceled a planned appearance at The Today Show after realizing her dressing room was too small.
