Body found near Memorial Pines Lane in Sunland Park, investigation ongoing

SUNLAND PARK, N.M. (KFOX14/CBS4) — A body was recovered in Sunland Park, NM, on Sunday afternoon, the Sunland Park Fire Department announced via X.

According to SPFD, on Sunday the department assisted the medical investigator’s office in recovering a body found by the Border Patrol.

The body was found about a mile northwest of Memorial Pines Lane and Tierra Madre Court.

According to SPFD, the call went out shortly before 6:00 p.m.
