HPD: Two apparent drowning victims found in small lake

Houston police said two people were found dead in an apparent drowning in a lake in southwest Houston.

An investigation is underway, but HPD says there are no signs of foul play.

This brings the number of drowning victims in the Houston area to four this weekend. Two people, including a teenager, died in Galveston. Nearly two others were rescued from dangerous rip currents.
