Rensselaerville man hospitalized after ATV accident

ALBANY, NY (NEWS10)– A Rensselaerville man is stable but in serious condition after an ATV crash Monday morning. Jeremy Maynard, 49, was taken to Albany Medical Center after family members found him when he failed to return home from an ATV ride the night before.

Police were called to the accident at 9 a.m. on Camp Medusa Road, where a man sustained serious injuries. Albany County Sheriff’s EMS treated him at the scene.

The Medusa and Tri-Village Fire Departments, New York State Police and New York State Department of Environmental Protection assisted in the investigation and provided medical assistance. The case remains under investigation.
