Police identify body recovered from Two Rivers Harbor, investigation ongoing

TWO RIVERS, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities say the Body of a man recovered from Two Rivers Harbor on Sunday is now certain.

According to a Two Rivers Police press release, the body pulled from Two Rivers Harbor, where the East and West Twin Rivers converge, was identified as that of 40-year-old Joshua J. Donaher.

Officials with the Two Rivers Police Department and the Manitowoc County Coroner’s Office said they are currently investigating the cause and circumstances of Donaher’s death, but added that the public is not believed to be in danger.
