Quebec police issue Amber Alert for two missing children, ages 2 and 3

The Sûreté du Québec (SQ) has issued an Amber Alert for two missing toddlers.

According to the provincial police, the missing children are three-year-old Évelyne Gourgues and two-year-old Charles Gourgues.

Investigators believe they were kidnapped by Keven Gourgues in Saint-Vallier, Quebec. The village is located in the province’s central Chaudière-Appalaches region, about 40 kilometers east of the city of Lévis.

The Amber alert does not provide any information about the suspect’s relationship to the two children.

The police are also looking for a white 2013 Honda Civic with a black hood. The license plate is 53V ACE.

According to SQ, anyone who sees the suspect or the missing children should call 911.
