Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry expresses condolences to Turkey following fatal bus accident in Mersin

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan has expressed its condolences in connection with the road accident in the city of Mersin, in which numerous people were killed. Azernews Reports on the Ministry’s X-Publication.

“We are deeply saddened by the news of the accident on the Mersin highway in which many people were killed or injured. We express our condolences to the injured and wish them a speedy recovery,” the release said.

At least ten people died and 30 suffered various injuries in a collision that occurred on Sunday evening on the Mersin-Adana highway between a bus heading towards Diyarbakir in the southeast of the country and a truck driving in the oncoming lane.
