Weather forecast for Walsenburg and Trinidad: Low: 40s; High: 70s;

Mountain forecast: Low: 30s; High: 60s;

Extended outlook:
On Tuesday, weak upper air will approach us from the west. At the same time, southeast winds will pump moisture into Colorado and bring a few afternoon thunderstorms. Thunderstorm chances will remain in place across most of southern Colorado through Friday before clearing up and calming down next weekend.
