A TORNADO WARNING is in effect for the following counties until 4:00 p.m.

IN KENNETH: Powell, Estill, Lee, Owsley, Jackson, Rockcastle, Pulaski, Laurel, Clay, Wayne (KY), McCreary, Whitley, Knox, Bell

IN TENNESSEE: Campbell, Claiborne
