Man dead after shooting at hookah lounge in Blendon Township

A man died in a shooting at a hookah bar in Blendon Township on Sunday morning.

At around 3:34 a.m., Blendon Township police responded to a shooting at No Cap Hookah Lounge & Grill, 4490 Cleveland Ave. A man was taken to OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital in critical condition and later pronounced dead, according to a news release from the Blendon Township Police Department.

At the time of release, police had no suspects in custody.

The Township Police Criminal Investigation Division is conducting the investigation into the shooting with assistance from the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation.

Last week, three people died in a shooting at another shisha bar in the north of the city.
