15-year-old boy arrested for murder of his 50-year-old rapist

UP Shocker: In Muzaffarnagar, a 15-year-old boy was arrested for allegedly murdering a 50-year-old man and raping him multiple times.

A police investigation led to the teenager’s arrest after the man’s body was found in his home on May 20.

After the man’s family filed a complaint with the police, the boy was charged with murder under Section 302 IPC.

The boy was assigned to a juvenile detention center.

According to Aditya Bansal, SP (Rural), the deceased anally abused the minor and recorded an obscene video clip a few weeks ago.

“The boy was repeatedly blackmailed and sexually harassed. After threatening to upload the video online, the man forced the boy to come to his home. While being harassed, the boy picked up a sharp object nearby and attacked the man’s head and neck,” he said.
