UP: Teenager arrested for murder of his 50-year-old rapist

Muzaffarnagar (UP), May 26 (SocialNews.XYZ) A 15-year-old boy has been arrested for allegedly killing a 50-year-old man who had repeatedly raped him in a village in Muzaffarnagar.

The man’s body was found in his home on May 20 and the teenager was arrested on Saturday following a police investigation.

The boy was accused of murder. A charge under Article 302 of the Penal Code (murder) was brought after the man’s family filed a complaint with the police.

The boy was placed in a juvenile detention center.

SP (Rural) Aditya Bansal said, “Weeks ago, the deceased anally abused the minor and recorded an obscene video clip.”

“The boy was blackmailed and repeatedly sexually harassed. On Monday, the man forced the boy to come to his home after threatening to upload the video online. While being harassed, the boy picked up a sharp object lying next to him and attacked the man’s head and neck,” he added.
