1 dead in accident on I-69 in Fishers

FISHERS, Indiana – Police are investigating after one person was killed in a traffic crash on Interstate 69 in Hamilton County early Sunday.

An alert from INDOT indicated that the accident involved a motorcycle and there was one confirmed fatality.

Further information on the circumstances of the crash was not initially available.

From 4 a.m. the two left lanes heading north were closed in this area for the duration of the investigation.
