A child was flown to Nashville Saturday morning after a party at Harton Place in Hopkinsville.

According to Hopkinsville Emergency Services, the 6-year-old was found not breathing water and was resuscitated by a family member.

The child was conscious when the ambulance arrived and was taken to a waiting helicopter, which took the child to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.

The exact extent of the child’s injuries is unknown. Harton Place is located off Cox Mill Road.
