Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee has won a court round against a woman who claims he sexually assaulted her in a helicopter cockpit in February 2023.

The plaintiff, listed as Jane Doe, filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles under the Sexual Abuse and Cover Up Accountability Act back in December, but a judge has now dismissed the case, suggesting the plaintiff may qualify for a lawsuit Lawsuit under this law not complied with.

In order for the lawsuit to stand, the plaintiff had to prove that there was some sort of “legal entity” that attempted to “cover up” the attack. However, the judge dismissed the case on the grounds that Doe’s lawyers had failed to show that there was a “concerted effort to conceal evidence related to sexual assault.”

But Lee isn’t completely out of it yet. The judge gave the plaintiff 20 days to amend her complaint and provide evidence of a cover-up. If she fails to comply with this requirement, the court will consider dismissing the case entirely.
