Sean Kington was arrested after the singer’s South Florida home was raided by police and a SWAT team on Thursday morning.

Kingston was arrested without incident by police in Fort Irwin, California, on Thursday evening after the Broward Sheriff’s Office issued an arrest warrant on numerous fraud and theft charges, BSO spokesperson Carey Codd told USA TODAY in an email on Thursday.

According to investigators, Kingston will be taken to a prison in San Bernardino.

Codd had previously stated that detectives along with the Davie Police SWAT team had “executed arrest and search warrants on a residence in Southwest Ranches” following an investigation.
