Vandalia woman injured in car crash in Ralls County – KXEO

A Vandalia woman is recovering from serious injuries following a two-car crash in Ralls County on the evening of Friday, May 24, 2024.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol accident report, the accident occurred on Route F at the corner of Missouri 154 when a vehicle driven by 54-year-old John D. Wilkerson failed to stop at a stop sign and was struck by a vehicle driven by 39-year-old Aaron D. Tarlow of Festus.

Carrie R. Hurd, 62, of Vandalia, was a passenger in Wilkerson’s vehicle.

She was seriously injured and taken by Ralls County Ambulance to Hannibal Regional Hospital for treatment.

Two other people suffered minor injuries.
