Donald Lee Hollowell was surrounded by Atlanta police after a shooting Friday night.

APD was called to Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway Northwest regarding a person shot.

Police arrived and found a man who had been shot.

He was taken to hospital for treatment.

One person was arrested.
