UCPD searches for suspect in Westwood Village sexual assault case

The UCPD is searching for a person suspected of committing an off-campus sexual assault incident Thursday afternoon.

According to a police report sent Friday, the suspect grabbed the victim by the shoulder at around 3:30 p.m. Thursday at the southwest corner of Le Conte Avenue and Broxton Avenue and thrust his pelvis into the victim’s buttocks.

According to the police report, the victim was a UCLA student.

The suspect was reportedly male, black, approximately 30 years old, 5’6″ tall, slim build, with short black hair and a full beard with a mustache. He was also wearing a black short sleeve t-shirt and tan khaki pants, according to the police report.

No injuries or vehicles were reported in connection with the incident.
