Portsmouth Police looking for person at risk

PORTSMOUTH, Virginia – Portsmouth police are searching for a 41-year-old woman they believe is in danger.

Michelle Green, a 5-foot-6-inch, 175-pound blonde, was last seen leaving Portsmouth’s Vickers Court neighborhood on Friday, police said.

She has a stab tattoo on her left forearm and an elephant tattoo on her right forearm and was last seen wearing a black dress.

Portsmouth police are asking anyone with knowledge of Green’s whereabouts to contact the Special Victims Unit at 757-393-8536 or the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP. Anonymous tips can also be submitted through the P3Tips app.
