Teachers are attacked by students. It is an industry threat that has increased in recent years.

“I think there is no doubt that it is a crisis in our country,” said Dr. Susan McMahon.

Channel 9 interviewed hundreds of teachers in the Carolinas to learn more about their experiences with violence among students and the consequences they plan to implement to improve their safety.
