Bradley Airport employee charged with sexual assault: State Police

WINDSOR LOCKS – A Bradley International Airport employee was arrested Friday after he sexually touched another employee while on the job, according to state police.

According to state police, Ryan Gordon, 41, of East Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and released on bail. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Hartford on June 14.

State police said they were contacted by an airport employee around 8:20 a.m. Friday reporting that another employee had sexually harassed her.

According to state police, she stated that Gordon approached her at work that morning and touched her in a sexual manner during the conversation.

The woman said she left and returned to her job, but Gordon returned a short time later and began making lewd comments, prompting her to leave the area, state police said. She then contacted her supervisor to report the incident, who then picked her up.

Before the supervisor arrived, according to state police, Gordon approached again and again made lewd comments and engaged in unwanted touching of a sexual nature.

Officers reviewed surveillance footage from the area and concluded that it confirmed the woman’s account of events, state police said.
