SEPTA service suspended after person falls on tracks and dies – NBC10 Philadelphia

According to authorities, SEPTA service on the Broad Street Line was suspended in both directions after a person fell onto the tracks at the Lombard-South Station.

Service between Walnut-Locust and NRG Station is impacted and SEPTA is offering shuttle buses between Walnut-Locust and Snyder stations.

Transit officials told NBC10 that a person fell onto the northbound tracks at the Lombard-South station. The person was pronounced dead.
