One person injured in shooting in north San Angelo

SAN ANGELO, Texas – One person was injured in a shooting in the 1200 block of Volney Street in north San Angelo on May 23.

San Angelo police said the victim, whose identity has not been released, had non-life-threatening injuries and was being treated at Shannon Medical Center.

According to SAPD, this is an ongoing investigation and additional details will be released as they become available from the department.
