Dutch police ask public for help in hit-and-run investigation

NEDERLAND, Texas — Nederland Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash that occurred Wednesday evening around 8:24 p.m.

Police responded to a CVS store at 2712 Highway 365 after receiving reports of a hit-and-run accident.

It was reported that an unknown person driving a dark truck hit a red Jaguar.

The person in the truck left the scene of the accident without disclosing their information.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact Detective Champeaux at (409) 723-1521.
