Diddy faces legal action against TK after video of Cassie's assault surfaced

A woman named April Lampros accused Sean “Diddy” Combs She was accused of repeatedly drugging and sexually abusing her after their meeting in New York in 1995.

Lampros said she was a student at the Fashion Institute of Technology when she first met Diddy, 54, who allegedly told her at the time that he would guide her in the fashion industry, according to documents obtained by several media outlets, including In contact, on Thursday, May 23. Lampros claims she had “four horrific sexual encounters” with Diddy.

Lampros claimed Diddy plied her with alcohol before taking her to his room at the Millenium Hotel, where she felt sick and like “the walls were closing in on her.” She claimed Diddy then forced himself on her and raped her, and she woke up the next morning “naked, sore and confused,” according to the outlet.

Lampros claimed that Diddy began harassing her months later and promised her access to exclusive events. Her lawyer Tyrone Blackburn stated in the documents that his client was a “hopeful but naive college student who took Mr. Combs at his word and believed that the first rape was a possible way out and decided to give him a second chance.”

She claimed that Diddy forced her to perform oral sex on him in a parking garage on the way to a dinner date, and after that incident, she began ignoring him. However, Lampros claimed that Diddy developed a “gangster persona” and began harassing her by phone, threatening to ban her from the industry.

In 1996, Lampros claimed that Diddy “ordered” her to his apartment, where he forced her to take ecstasy and have sex with his deceased ex-girlfriend. In 2023, Lampros also claimed that Diddy recorded one of their previous sexual encounters without her knowledge after her former boyfriend claimed he saw a video of her having sex with Diddy.

Several women accuse Diddy of misconduct

Lampros, meanwhile, said in a statement to NBC News, “I am confident that justice will prevail and the veil will be lifted so that no other woman has to go through what I went through.”

Lampros’ lawsuit follows the model Crystal McKinneyMrs Clinton alleges that Diddy drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2003.

McKinney said she was inspired to come forward after learning about the lawsuits filed by Casandra “Cassie” Ventura and others. (Diddy has vehemently denied the allegations previously made against him.)

In addition to the numerous lawsuits against him, Diddy recently made headlines after security footage showing him abusing Cassie, now 37, was released via CNN in 2016. After the video was released on Friday, May 17, Diddy apologized for his actions on social media.

“It’s difficult to reflect on the darkest times in life, sometimes you have to,” he said on Instagram, among other things. “I was devastated. I mean, I hit rock bottom, but I’m not making excuses. My behavior in that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my behavior in that video. I’m disgusted.”

Cassie broke her silence on the resurfaced clip on Thursday.

“The expressions of love have created a place for my younger self to feel comfortable and safe now, but this is just the beginning. Domestic violence is THE problem,” she wrote in part. “It has made me into someone I never thought I would become. Thanks to a lot of hard work, I am better today, but I will always have to recover from my past.”
