Warren County Man at Risk: Missing Adult Wanted – WHIO TV 7 and WHIO Radio

WARREN COUNTY – A missing child alert has been issued for a Warren County man.

Phillip Back, 86, was last seen leaving his home on Osceola Road in Blanchester around 4 a.m. Friday. He has not returned.

Back is 1.70 m tall and weighs 63.5 kg. He has brown hair and grey eyes.

Back suffers from dementia and the police are concerned for his safety.

The vehicle he is believed to be in is a bronze 2016 Toyota Corolla LE with Ohio license plate JHK6605.

Call 911 or emergency services if you see the rear or vehicle.
