Car crash in Hampton causes thousands of outages

HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) — A car crash in Hampton has caused thousands of power outages, according to Dominion Energy.

Nearly 4,000 customers in the city are currently experiencing power outages, most of which are the result of an accident in the area. Dominion Energy currently has crews working in the area. Power is expected to be restored between 11am and 2pm.
