Suspect arrested in Augusta Mall shooting in Connecticut

A second suspect wanted in connection with an April 28 shooting at Dillard’s at Augusta Mall was recently arrested in Waterbury, Connecticut.

According to previous reports, 20-year-old Kay-Sean Nealy was wanted for aggravated assault in connection with the shooting.

The Middletown, Connecticut Bureau of Investigation reported that Nealy, a Waterbury resident, was arrested Monday during a traffic stop. The report said he was in possession of 4.1 grams of cocaine at the time of his arrest.

Tybrea Elester Nicole Nelson, 24, was arrested April 29 in connection with the shooting and is charged with two counts of aggravated assault, according to previous reports.

Samoney Tanksley, 26, is still wanted for aggravated assault in connection with the shooting.
