West Milton man convicted of rape sentenced to prison |

LEWISBURG — According to the Daily Item, a West Milton man accused of raping a young girl has been sentenced to 3 ½ to 12 years in prison. Jeffrey Kemmerer, 32, was sentenced Thursday after a jury trial in Union County Court. Kemmerer was charged with raping a girl between the ages of 7 and 8. Kemmerer was also classified as a sexually violent offender and must register as a Megan’s Law offender for life.
