Two dead and another injured in triple shooting in Kingsbridge Heights

Police confirmed that one man was killed and two others injured in a shooting in Kingsbridge Heights early Friday morning.

According to the NYPD, the shooting occurred after midnight in front of a residential building at 2290 Davidson Avenue.

According to authorities, a 36-year-old man and a 44-year-old woman were fatally wounded by a shot to the chest, while a 40-year-old man was hit in the arm.

Emergency services took all three victims to hospital to treat their injuries. The 40-year-old man is currently in stable condition.

Investigators say they are looking for two men who may be responsible for the fatal shooting after they fled on a moped.
