Diddy is accused in a lawsuit of forcing a woman to sleep with Kim Porter

In a new rape trial, Diddy is accused of forcing a woman to have sex with his late ex-girlfriend Kim Porter.

The alleged victim, April Lampros, claimed in a lawsuit filed in New York on Thursday (May 23) that the Bad Boy boss sexually harassed her four times, including once with Porter after he forced her to take ecstasy.

Lampros, who met Diddy in 1994 while she was studying fashion, also claims that the mogul filmed the two having sex without her knowledge or permission and later showed the video to others.

She is officially suing Diddy for assault, sexual assault, infliction of emotional distress and gender-based violence.

Diddy (real name Sean Combs) has not yet commented on the lawsuit, but has previously denied other allegations of sexual assault.

Lampros claims the record executive first sexually harassed her in 1995 and pressured her to drink alcohol, which made her feel “unwell.”

The lawsuit alleges that Lampros later passed out in a hotel room and was raped by Diddy.

Lampros says she received numerous gifts from Puffy several months after the incident and agreed to meet with him to discuss business opportunities.

She claims that another assault occurred later that year in a parking garage. Lampros claims that Diddy forced her to her knees and forced her to perform oral sex on him.

When she tried to distance herself from her after this incident, Lampros said Diddy threatened her with physical violence and threatened to blacklist her from the fashion industry.

The lawsuit alleges that a third incident occurred in 1996 in which Lampros was forced to have sexual intercourse with Kim Porter, who had three children with Diddy before she died of pneumonia in 2018.

Lampros claims Diddy forced her and Porter to take ecstasy before demanding that they have sex. She claims he told her she “had no control over the situation because he could cost her her job.”

According to the lawsuit, Puffy masturbated while watching the women before allegedly raping Lampros.

Lampros also claims that Diddy and Porter had her fired from her job at a bar after they saw her working there.

The woman says her relationship with Diddy ended in 1998, but two years later she ran into him by chance and he kept calling her and saying he missed her.

Lampros then “reluctantly” agreed to let the multi-platinum producer come to her apartment, where he arrived with a bodyguard.

She claims he then kissed and touched her without her consent before she forced him to leave.

The lawsuit also contains numerous photos of Lampros with Diddy.

Lampros said in a statement: “I am confident that justice will prevail and the veil will be lifted so that no other woman will have to endure what I went through.”

She is the seventh person in six months to sue Diddy for sexual assault, and the second this week after a former model went public with allegations of rape and drug abuse.
