Lampros, 51, recounted meeting Combs at a SoHo bar in 1995. She claimed he plied her with alcohol and later took her to his room at the Millennium Hotel.

According to court documents, what happened to April Lampros

She described the night as if “the walls were closing in on her” as the 54-year-old music mogul allegedly began to force himself on her.

The plaintiff claimed she was unable to defend herself and woke up the next day “naked, sore and confused.”

According to court documents, Lampros distanced himself from Combs for months before contacting her and inviting her to music industry events.

Lampros, described in the filing as a “hopeful but naive college student,” “took Mr. Combs at his word and believed that the first rape was a possible pretext and decided to give him a second chance.”

Then she remembered how she was on her way to dinner with the singer of “I’ll Be Missing You” and he forced her to perform oral sex in the parking garage.

The file states that they were discovered by a gas station attendant, but Combs allegedly didn’t care.

After that night, Lampros avoided Combs, which made him angry and made him feel like a “gangster.” He threatened to ban her from the industry.

In 1996, Lampros said, she was “summoned” to Combs’ apartment, where she was introduced to his now ex-girlfriend, Kim Porter.

She claimed that she was injected with ecstasy and forced to have sex with Porter while Combs masturbated.

Lampros claimed she was raped again by Combs.

In 1998, Lampros broke off relations with Combs, but recalled that Porter, who died in November 2018, encountered her working at a restaurant.

According to the documents, Porter claimed to the restaurant owner that Lampros was trying to poison her in order to get fired, otherwise she would close the restaurant along with Combs. She was fired later that same day.

Lampros also named the record companies Bad Boy Records, Arista and Sony Music Entertainment as defendants in the lawsuit.

This new lawsuit comes days after a former model sued Combs, claiming she was drugged and sexually assaulted by the music mogul.
