AMBER Alert issued for 1-year-old boy from Madison | News

MADISON (WKOW) — An AMBER Alert has been issued for a missing Madison boy.

According to authorities, one-year-old Mateo Mendoza was violently abducted by 28-year-old Matthew Allen Stewart.

They say Stewart threatened to harm himself and the child.

Mateo is black, has brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing an orange shirt and blue shorts.

Stewart is black, 6’11”, weighs 165 pounds, and has brown eyes and brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a red t-shirt and black pants.

You could be in a silver 2007 Chevy Impala with a dent in the rear driver’s side.
