Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing another lawsuit, this time filed by a former student at New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology, who claims he drugged and raped her in the 1990s.

On Thursday, April Lampros filed suit in New York County Supreme Court, according to TMZ, claiming her relationship with the disgraced rapper began when he offered to mentor her in the fashion industry.

She recalled meeting Combs at a SoHo bar in 1995 and claimed he poured her too much alcohol and later took her to his room at the Millennium Hotel.

Lampros, now 51, recalled feeling like “the walls were closing in on her” when the 54-year-old “I’ll Be Missing You” singer allegedly began forcing himself on her.

The plaintiff claimed she was unable to defend herself and woke up the next day “naked, sore and confused.”

According to the documents, Lampros kept his distance from Combs for months before contacting her and inviting her to music industry events.

Lampros was described in the filing as a “hopeful but naive college student who took Mr. Combs at his word and believed that the first rape was a possible pretext and decided to give him a second chance.”

She then recalled how she was on her way to dinner with the “Last Night” rapper and was allegedly forced to have oral sex with him in the parking garage.

They were spotted by a gas station attendant, but according to records, Combs didn’t care.

After that night, Lampros avoided Combs, which made him angry and caused him to act like a gangster and threaten to ban her from the industry.

In 1996, Lampros said she was “summoned” to Combs’ apartment, where she was introduced to his now ex-girlfriend, Kim Porter.

She claimed that she was injected with ecstasy and forced to have sex with Porter while Combs masturbated.

Lampros claimed she was raped again by Combs.

In 1998, Lampros officially fired Combs, but recalled that Porter, who died in November 2018, showed up at a restaurant where she worked.

According to the documents, Porter told the restaurant owner that Lampros had tried to poison her and demanded that she be fired or Combs would close the restaurant. She was then fired.

Lampros also named Bad Boy Records, Arista and Sony Music Entertainment as defendants in the lawsuit, seeking compensation for alleged harm the companies caused to Combs.

Representatives for Combs were not immediately available for comment.

Lampros’ high-profile lawsuit comes just days after a former model sued Combs, claiming she was drugged and sexually assaulted by the music mogul.

Since Combs’ ex Cassie Ventura – with whom he was together for ten years – filed suit against him in November, several other women have come forward with similar incidents.

While the ex-partners privately settled the lawsuit 24 hours later, an old video surfaced last week showing Combs beating Ventura in a hotel hallway in 2016.

Before the video was released, Combs vehemently denied Ventura’s allegations, calling them “insulting and outrageous.”

However, over the weekend he released an apology video in which he described his behavior as “inexcusable.”

“It’s so difficult to reflect on the darkest times in your life, but sometimes you have to do that. I was devastated. I mean, I hit rock bottom, but I’m not making any excuses,” the rapper said. “My behavior in that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video. I’m disgusted.”
