1 dead, 3 injured in fire accident in Lauderhill – NBC 6 South Florida

One person is dead and three others injured in a fire accident in Lauderhill on Thursday morning.

At around 4:30 a.m., a two-vehicle accident occurred at 1401 Northwest 31st Avenue in Lauderhill.

Authorities confirmed that one of the four people involved in the accident died, while the other three were taken to a local hospital.

NBC6 cameras captured the moment a Lauderhill police officer helped a firefighter break the window of one of the cars to get one of the victims out while smoke from the fire was still rising from the car.

There is currently no further information available about the condition of the remaining three victims or the cause of the crash.
